The organisation unites the gypsies residing in Tallinn as well as those who used to live here, also Estonian residents who have blood ties or cultural relations with the gypsies.
The major aims are as follows:
- preserving cultural relations of Estonia’s Russian gypsies with Russia;
- preserving identity;
- participating in international events related to the gypsies’ culture;
- conducting events for the gypsies residing in Estonia as well as introducing Estonian population to gypsies’ culture and traditions.
